Coulter Library offers a variety of resources and services for you and your distance education students to utilize throughout the semester. Please refer to the descriptions below for more detail about these services and resources.

Email Reference Service

The email reference service is available to the OCC community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will respond to questions submitted to the email reference service within 2 class days. The service is available to the OCC community by contacting us at library@sunyocc.edu or by completing our online email reference form at: http://library.sunyocc.edu/contact/

Remote Access to Research Databases

We continue to offer remote access to our online research databases. A login and password are required for remote access. Faculty can utilize the databases by logging in with their network login and password. All students taking at least one credit bearing course are assigned a network login and password. Faculty and students that encounter issues with logging in to the research databases can call the OCC helpdesk (315-498-2999) for assistance. Their hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 9pm and Fridays 7:30am - 4:30pm during the academic year.
